Disliked: The lady at the reception is very arrogant and knows nothing about customer service, the other guy was very nice. Room and breakfast are poor for a 4 star hotel....

short stay in paris

Liked: the size of the room was massive, which was such a pleasant surprise. there was also a microwave in the room which allowed us to warm up our leftover food, which was nice. it was also less than a 10 minute walk from franprix which was really nice and convenient
Disliked: the room was freezing, despite us setting the temperature to 30 degrees. i asked reception for a heater and after ignoring me for hours, they told me they didn’t have one. not all staff even knew about the parking validation so it was really frustrating trying to explain to them everyday that we get a discount for parking. the cleaner threw away my friends exfoliating glove whilst tidying up our room for no apparent reason, which was really weird. i wouldn’t stay here again to be honest

Liked: The only good things in the room were the bed with clean linens and the bathtub itself.
Disliked: First of all, the hotel has a very bad location; there is a bad smell inside the hotel; the room is dirty; all the plumbing is leaking; it felt like some of the breakfast products were not fresh.

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: The place was cleaned poorly. Stains all over the couch and walls. Parts of the furniture were chipped and broken. Cases of smart whip were left outside the lift on my floor. Also the plumbing is bad. The toilet would randomly start smelling.
