Liked: Breakfast service was timely, and they offered only fresh bread and lovely croissants. However, the other ingredients were not fresh, and the food quality was poor.
Disliked: The location was not convenient at all, being far from the city center. Most of the breakfast items were not fresh and some were even expired. The daily cleaning service was inadequate; there were no paper towels provided, and the shampoo and other amenities were subpar. Additionally, several features in the property were not functioning properly, such as the bathroom sink, which was blocked and caused water drainage issues. Inside the room, other items like the microwave and fridge were very dirty. The most concerning issue was the lack of heating; the heating unit was not working, and we were freezing in the room.

Disliked: Our hotel room at the 5th floor was infested by cockroaches, I pointed out this to at reception where the receptionist promised to us they will take care of this problem.We were back from our Paris site seeing around 10pm.Get ready to go to bed, and around 11:30 they called us let us know the exterminator was at the room during the day and spray the room with some chemicals.My daughter has some health issues, so 11:30 we had to pack and move to the other room at the 3rd floor.My question is how come they weren’t warning us earlier, like when we were returned to the hotel?They were selling this place like a 4 star hotel.This was my third time back to Paris, I love that city, but I was very disappointed with the quality of this place.
