Disappointing

Disliked: The personal was very unpleasantFrom the beginning the attitude was ungrateful and they even ask me to give them my card to check it in case of some damages to have a credit warranty.I ask them for what and they throw some incredible reasons in the condition that in the room we had cartoon glasses and a TV.I stay in B&B hotel until now over the years this never happen.It felt a little racesis the atitudine.

Great Hotel!

Liked: Very kind and capable staff, rooms are minimal but modern, breakfast is good, position well connected to the metro.
Disliked: Lack of bidet, really small rooms (hard to open the luggage), also the bathroom has little space.
