Disliked: I had a 2 year old kid while staying and he broke a mirror (2mX0.5m), and I reported the same honestly to the reception staff who told me that it costs 600 € (as manager said). Due to the unreasonable cost I requested some other reception staff to call the manager again asking to reduce the cost because it is too much for such mirror, and the manager said that he never asked for 600€ and the cost is 300€ only. Although I was kind with them to the limit that I spent 7 nights in a room with a broken air conditioner and I accepted to sleep the whole 7 nights with an open window, but they didn’t value that and they tried even to cheat me. So whoever decide to stay in this hotel should be careful.

Liked: Receptionists extremely kind and helpful. Very clean room.
Disliked: A bit far from the center.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pictures of the room do not reflect the reality. The windows are drafty, the room is cold. It might be suitable for a night, but it is not comfortably furnished, there is only one chair for 2 people, the window has only a torn blackout curtain. Breakfast is adequate. As we have seen it is used as a 1 night stopover for coach tour groups.
