Alright just a bunch of...
Liked: It’s in a good place. The rooms are nice as expected at the price.
Disliked: Just a bunch of minor issues. Nothing major. You can’t park. You have to book before hand. No help or suggestions, just car parks full not our problem. I would have booked a parking space if I had known it’s compulsory. The bed sheets were covered in lipstick, so these were replaced the new ones were ripped, probably from the washing machine. I just used these as didn’t want another trip to the reception. The cleaning team were nice but they don’t knock so twice they walked into my room unannounced. They apologised but having a conversation in my underwear two days in a row could have been avoided. There is one lift, so once the cleaning has started it is basically not available for around two hours as we were on the 6th floor this was a little inconvenient. But after waiting 10mins for a lift I realised this was pointless. It’s only as with a child 6 floors is a bit much. Maybe they need more cleaning supplies on each floor so they don’t need the lift for whole time, obviously the design floor of one lift is a bit hard to fix.

I would stay in this...
Liked: I found the location excellent for me. Easy to walk into Neu-Ulm and the inner city of Ulm.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

A nice hotel up to...
Liked: A nice B&B Hotel. Very standard for the brand. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free wifi worked well. The breakfast was very good with broad choice.
Disliked: We could not get to the parking as the reception did not respond to the intercom at the gate so we had to park on the street. It was not a problem though.
