One of the worst night...

Liked: Was told breakfast was at 7am . It was not ready then and was told it would not be served until 0730. despite being advertised (above) Did not have breakfast because of delays Request refund
Disliked: Not able to get breakfast on time as advertised. Being hungery all day

Disliked: Shower had a bad smell.Check in wad at Narbonne 2 across the road,I only found out because another friendly guest told Me.This information should be on the booking confirmation.It's not difficult.

Liked: people are nice (although the check in was automatic and there was no one in the reception) breakfast is good
Disliked: Internet access is very bad. One has to insert a lot of information, including the mobile phone number before accessing. In addition, each time you want to access internet, it is necessary to insert all the initial information that you had previously inserted. If you do it by mobile phone, the system is not user-friendly, because the international phone codes are not ordered and you spend a lot of time searching your respective code. The automatic check in does not seem fine, because you cannot have a prompt reply for any doubt you have about the hotel. The bathroom door handle was broken and we cannot close the door. Finally, the air-conditioning system needs to be cleaned.
