Dirty Disgusting and Extremely Bad...

Liked: Absolutely nothing - we were unable to enter our room and had to go to another hotel - which had a lift ( I am disabled& had been allocated a room on top floor - no lift so IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO and when I contacted B&B Hotels and Booking I received no response until it was too late I shall be asking for a complete refund of money spent to remedy this !
Disliked: This place had an air of desolation and poverty . It was dirty and no one there to help . I left messages to ask for immediate contact as the room allocated was impossible for disabled person to get to as it was at the top of many stairs - no lift- on the top floor . I will NEVER use these hotels again as the treatment I have received is trull appalling. disgusting and not what anyone in their right mind would accept!
