Liked: Nice location, comfy bed and sound proof bedroom
Disliked: Upon arrival there were nobody at the reception, so it took me time to find out that an access code was sent by email few minutes or hours before, breakfast is quite basic, my room smell really bad because of the gas emanating from the toilet

Disliked: We arrived late in the evening, used code to enter the hotel and room, which was not cleaned after the person before us. Since there was nobody at the reception, we could not ask anybody to provide us with clean towel at least

Liked: Nice people, next to the tram stop.
Disliked: No coffee/tea making facilities in my room.The toilet was in a weird place.Couldn't connect my camera to the TV.No public pc to use.

Exceptional

Liked: I really appreciate the hôtel service, including staffs, personal, and also their responsibilities towards guests. The team from hotel who work with application booking are ver great people, quick response and available for help. Even I like personal who works at restaurant of hotel, very very nice and kind people and clean service...hotel location Is excellent, room bed was very very good and I was absolutely satisfied with my staying there. Highly recommend

Disliked: The staff we did meet wasn’t too happy and was quite rude

Liked: Clean room, convenient location, friendly and polite staff!
Disliked: The only problem, though a major one given we had heavy luggage, was that we were not allowed to leave it in the hotel for a few hours after the checkout. The alternative we were given was to pay an hourly fee to book storage in a nearby hotel, which we could only book via an app.
