Very upsetting and overpriced

Liked: The room was clean. There was not much space, but just enough for the night. The queen bed was comfortable. There were separate toilet and bath(shower) rooms. However, there is only one door for the toilet or shower, which is not very comfy. The smooth automatic check-in—there are few check-in machines, no receptionist help is needed, and you can check in yourself. The water temperature and pressure are decent. The parking is right under the hotel. The price is 12 euros per night, which is okay.
Disliked: The self-checking doesn't look very secure because all your information, including the room number and access key, is on the monitor, and the people behind you standing in the reception queue or approaching the elevators can read it easily. The TV screen was small and on the side, making it unusable. The room had no volt—isn't a default option for hotels? The carpet was very unpleasant to walk on.The nearest U-Bahn station is in 10 minutes walk, be aware.The AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. It was pretty loud in the morning, and the soundproof walls were not so good—we could hear our neighbours on the toilet.The most upsetting was a shower experience: the shower drain was completely stuck! There are a few seconds before the floor is entirely flooded, and then you have to switch the water off and wait while it drains. It's impossible to take a decent shower! We asked to fix it, but the receptionist proposed simply switching rooms. Then, there was no replacement room for us, so we had to stay there. The following day the staff had no idea about our complaint, naturally. It wasn't a very comforting stay, provided we paid more than 200 euros for a night.

Liked: When I arrived I could not make online check in. It was problem with soft. I could not enter the details and almoust had stay in street whole night. Then I had to buy second time the room. No help phone number if something is problem after non working hours. No help

Liked: family room contains 2 rooms. well cleaned.
Disliked: No table.big noise like fart from bath room after using bathroom.

Liked: room was nice and quite comfortable, no breakfast but very near there's a very good breakfast shop
