Disliked: The management of this hotel does not want to see the guests, just their money. We booked and paid the room on internet and it was still not enough. In the hotel we had to make the check-in ourself on a screen to fill in all datas. At the end of the process we should have paid the price of the room again. I wanted to talk to someone, but just the cleaners were there and they did not speek in English or German. Others no, due to illness. Nobody answered my more times phone call to avoid the repeated payment, so I had to pay it again for code of the room. Új During check-out there was a worker and he arranged for the money to be returned which will take 48-72 hours...

Liked: Room proprety. Shower was OK.
Disliked: Nothing inside the room : very poor shampoo quality, no cofee, no the, no equiment, no cream. Nothing that can updgrade the experience inside the room. It's just a bed. You really must updgrade the user experience.

Liked: room was ok as expected BUT
Disliked: the airport shuttle costed 26EUR. It's pointless to save a few EUR at the hotel when the "shuttle" (it was a Taxi service) costs that much. Other hotels use busses (for 10EUR) or other shuttle services which are much cheaper.

Liked: I really liked the room and how there were 3 separate beds available since I was traveling with my mother and wife, the shower was great and I loved the big window that it offered!!

Liked: Clean, functional, no fuss, no smoking, opening window. Very good.Close to the airport. Entrance on the wrong side of the car park. Quite difficult with heavy/large and or lots of luggage. No trolleys.
