Disliked: You have a free parking option outside, however it is not under any kind of surveillance so we went for the paying option under the hotel. It looked like a horror movie, with some (lots) ¿Dirty linen? ¿Trash bags? On the parking and an elevator that felt like it could stop at any moment. The room worked with a code that at some point stopped working. It also seemed built on top of a previous room with some gap between the wooden walls and the real (with wall paper and everything) old walls.We couldn't heat water for the bottle of our baby in the room, only in a microwave in the lobby, so we would have to come down in the middle of the night should the baby wake up. At least front office was kind enough to give us some real cups to do this.They charged us for the crib of the baby, which is something that only happened to us so far in a couple of hotels in Italy, for us a bad gesture since babies so small really should sleep in a separated dedicated crib for their own safety. They also forgot the crib from our booking and had to call and come down to pay the extra payment. It all amounts to a relative expensive stay for what it is and we wouldn't consider for another stop.
