Very pleasant clean well run...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean which is the most important factor.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that the hotel did not allow the air conditioning to work. Until that is fixed I would not go back. It took hours to get to sleep because of lack of air and the traffic was too noisy to open the window. If it worked I would have scored it a 10 because the hotel was otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out went real fast. The parking facility is great and the rooms were very clean. We are definitely recommending this place to anyone who is interested in visiting Mechelen.

Liked: Such a lovely hotel..The bedrooms were small, but very adequate, and exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work and we were all too hot overnight.Opened windows, but could then hear the traffic outside.Breakfast was very good.I was a disappointed their was no kettle in the room, however, there was always coffee available downstairs.
