Liked: Location was good. Walking distance to many places, metro, train, etc. Staff was also very helpful and kind.
Disliked: B&B Hotels is a big chain. I was expecting the structure to be in a better shape and cleaner. I was disappointed to find what it looked like a baby cockroach in my room. I really hope it wasn't, but it did look like a small one. I grabbed it with a piece of paper and put it in the toilet. In general, the bathroom didn't look clean and it was quite old.

Great hotel, recommend to stay...

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, being just 6 metro stops from Marseille Saint-Charles Station and within easy reach of public transport. La Timone metro station is a mere 5-minute walk away, and the tram stop is only 7 minutes on foot. Conveniently, grocery stores are also within walking distance. It takes approximately 35-40 minutes to walk to the port on foot. The hotel itself is spacious, with 5 or 6 floors. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available at reception. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready before the official check-in time - thanks for that. The room itself was generously sized (especially by French standards compared to other places I've stayed) and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. A significant advantage during the winter was the presence of a warm clothes dryer in the bathroom, which proved incredibly convenient. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with a good selection of tasty options.
Disliked: Two minor points to note: there was no fridge (however, if you have any small items that require fridge, you can ask the staff about storing them in their fridge) or kettle in the room, which may be important considerations for some guests.
