Liked: Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. All was super good. Next time will stay only here!

Liked: Excellent location, easily reachable from the train station. Fuss-free check in, quiet room overlooking courtyard.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t exactly warm, when faced with the issues of finding ants in our bedroom we were assured they would use some product and we were given the option to change room - however when we asked to take advantage of that offer upon our return at night we were simply told it could only be done before midday. We appreciate the reason, but no further reassurance or solution was offered for that night. Upon our return we also found the dead ants we left that morning still on the floor, suggesting the bed was being made and towels changed but the floor wasn’t being hoovered daily? Beds were very hard, not exactly comfortable for a 3 nights stay.
