Will not be staying here...

Liked: Ok place spoilt by the receptionists rude and disrespectful attitude.
Disliked: Not biker friendly, tried to park our bike near the bike rack by the front door so we could lock them to the rack. As soon as we started unloading our bike the receptionist came out shouting that we could not park there, Wouldn't even let us unload them and book into our room, dump our gear and then move them. Told us he would not book us in till we moved them to a car park round the corner in a open car park.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: It’s in an awkward location with only a bus and a very rare tram for connectivity.

Perfect stay for seeing events...

Liked: Super easy to get to SAP Arena. Rail car right out front. Staff super helpful upon check in. Breakfast was yummy.
Disliked: Parking full when we arrived. However, easy parking across street under bridge. Just had to navigate how to enter parking.
