Liked: The hotel is right next to the train station which is a short ride from Frankfurt Main airport.
Disliked: The direct way from the train station is a bit seedy.

The stay was fantabulous and...

Liked: The breakfast is fantastic, and the hotel's accessibility is good as it's near the station. The front desk staff is very cooperative and excellent.
Disliked: The rooms were a little congested for double bed occupancy but comfortable. Also, the AC system was not so responsive, although the need didn't arise much as the weather was already pleasant.

Nice stay without problems

Liked: I could leave my luggage at the desk on the day of departure. When I came in the afternoon to fetch it, the staff added a plastic bag with two clothes that I had forgotten in the room. The quality of breakfast was good
Disliked: It's not really an issue, but some items in the breakfast room were not optimally placed. For instance, the muesli was quite high on the shelf making it a bit difficult to put it into your cup.

Liked: Breakfast was OK and so was the location of the hotel. Same applies to the cost per night.
Disliked: We could not get the air conditioning unit to work. We reported this to the front desk. They did not come up to our room. They tried to change settings in the system using their computer. The aircon never worked. As a result we had to keep the window open during the night to allow fresh air to come in. However, as the hotel is near the central station and in the middle of the city we experienced a lot of noise.

Pleasant but expensive for what...

Liked: The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Mainz Main Station which was very convenient for us since we had to go daily to Frankfurt for work. The place is well maintained and service is kind. Nonetheless being placed right on the street, it was very quiet to sleep at night.
Disliked: Is a very, very elemental hotel. I knew that before booking but for the price, I would expect better. The bathroom wasn't very comfortable nor clean and the single bed too narrow for whatever standard. 12€ for that breakfast is not worth it.
