Liked: The location is very good, it is not far from the train station and the highway. The breakfast was very good and the check-in/check-out were very fast. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is also an underground parking lot, at no charge. There is also two grocery stores nearby, one at the same block and the other crossing the street. And finally, they accept pets.
Disliked: The walls on my room were dirty, with stains and splashes on many places, I understand it isn't a new hotel, but those need more cleaning between guests. But the main issue for me was the temperature, the room was simple too hot because of the central heating of the hotel, even being 4° Celsius outside, and turning the thermostat off didn't solve the issue. I ended up having to leave the window open for many hours to cool it down, the trade off being the highway noise. Maybe most guests prefer that way, but it would be nice to have a option to keep the room at a neutral temperature.

Liked: The place was clean. The shower is powerful and hot.
Disliked: The cleaners left the door open (not only unlocked, but open) once. I went to the reception to complain.The next time they cleaned the room, they left the door open again. I called the reception to complain. As a compensation, they offered us a free breakfast for the next morning. The price is 11 euros each, if I am not mistaken, and it was one of the most disgusting breakfasts we've ever had: eggs, sausages and bacon were in an electric tray that is meant to keep the food warm, but it was off. All the food was cold. The coffee was vile. I can't tell why. Maybe the machine needs to be cleaned.If they hadn't offered free breakfast as a compensation, they would have done us a favour.In the first room we were accommodated, the heating was not working (this was in Winter). They moved us to another room, in which the heating was working a bit better (it took AGES to heat the room), but with a super noisy fan. But it was not enough, so we asked for a blanket. They provided the thinnest blanket ever assembled in the history of Capitalism.The bathroom has a glassed door that has no frame: it opens in and out indifferently, which implies that there is a gap of 2 cm all around the door, which is embarrassing because it leaves no room for privacy.
