Great value for the money

Liked: We got a family room, very comfortable, clean and the bathroom is great. The staff were really kind. The location is a bit far if you want to explore madrid but accessible by train and busses

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing refurbishments. There was no proper reception, It was full of dust and dirt and there was no hot water for several hours.

Liked: Room. Clean.
Disliked: Some of the hosts behind the desk where not friendly and not helpful when one of my friends bags was stolen in the breakstroom. We had to figure out ourselves what to do and no empathy to the victim. The fact that all kinds of people (also,non guest) can come to the breakfast room, also from outside or from the parkjng garage is very undesirable . The hosts at the desk did not take notice of the people coming in and going out. One of these people, non guest, stole the bag of my friend.
