Liked: Extremely central location. Just 2 minutes away from the metro. The small “breakfast package” on the doorknob every morning and the coffee room were really nice.
Disliked: The bathroom is not well isolated from the room so you hear everything. If you’re sharing a room with someone you’re not intimate with, or if you’re a light sleeper, that might really affect your stay.

Liked: Location was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable. The lounge area downstairs and the rooftop deck area are great pluses. The added treat was the daily pastries by the hotel.

Great location! Not the most...

Liked: Location was in the heart of the chaos. As soon as you step outside, you’re met by hundreds of people walking down the street. It was close to a couple metro stations if you needed to get out of the area. Most things you wanted to do were in walking distance. The royal palace and plaza mayor were fairly close. There was a coffee machine, tea, snacks available 24/7 and free, which was nice if you needed any of that.
Disliked: We weren’t able to figure out how to use the AC/heat. There was a thermometer on the wall, but nothing ever kicked on. We needed to open the windows at night for it to cool down and that didn’t help that much. If it were in the middle of summer then it’s possible we would have been far too hot to stay.
