extremely bad and dangerous experience...

Liked: NothingNeither B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux Nor Booking.com were able to Help at THAT time. Booking.com Should have taken it as extremely urgent or should have resolved the issue at that time but it feels like Booking.com is only cosmetically available over the phone.
Disliked: No staff in person available to help us out of hours. Our two rooms were booked and PAID already, No one at hotel to Check us in. Only person there was Security person, who speak extremely limited English. We were directed to use BROKEN check in Machine, and told us to go away!!! After multiple tries to explain that security person who almost Not at all Understand English then showed an intercom like device on the wall. When we pressed the bell, someone answer and he was able to speak English but unable to help as he was away probably at remote site. He asked us to wait but then after some waiting he informed us that HE is Trying to contact MANAGER OF B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux. Then he informed us that MANAGER IS NOT RESPONDING. He told us to go to Nearby 'B&B Hotel (same name/group)'' and tell them and get room there''. We drove to that place, there was one security person who told us that Although the name is same but different management and we should go away to same hotel where we have our rooms booked and paid as those room should be available to us. We went back to this B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux again and same security person and pressed bell again, a different person attend to us on intercom, he after listening to all our misery and story asked us to wait - after few minutes same reply. nothing was done and we were not allowed to have access to our room. At some point? we were informed that Manager will be coming at 6 am and that we should wait.Extremely inconvenient, poor, dangerous, un empathetic, especially when guests are family of 7 with children, booked and already PAID. No one was available to take responsibility, or help - Not even Booking.com. Booking.com Helpline was extremely limited or not options, not sure they able to understand that it was Night time from where we were contacting them with family, and it seems like Booking.com were attending call at different part of the world where it could be daylight.

We are not happy and...

Liked: Customer service is very poor
Disliked: There is No 24 hours reception service. We have arrived at 11.30 pm they said you need to pay again, otherwise they will not allow us to enter and they said please come in the morning, our system shows that you didn’t paid room rent , luckily we have money and I paid double payment, next day in the morning I complained to receptionist she helped me to pay back my money.

Nice hotel for traveling south

Liked: Nice and helpful staff, safe underground parking for cars (max.height 1.90m), lot of diner options nearby.
