you arrived at midnight and...

Disliked: you arrived at midnight and my reservation was canceld. more then 15 years of using booking.com and few hundreds of bookings, something like this never happend to me

Very good place to stay...

Liked: Great place to stay for the LDLC Lyon Arena. 15 minutes walking. We were there for a concert.
Disliked: Not so great place if you want to visit the city. It's far and the Uber/Bolt are not that reliable. Can be 35-40 euros per trip.

A poor hotel. Avoid.

Liked: Very little. The bed was comfortable though the room was old, and the radiator was falling off the wall.
Disliked: When we arrived the reception was closed, but the keypad didn't accept our reservation number. We had to find another hotel for the night and, when I went next morning, I was told that we did have a booking for the previous day. To be fair, I was reimbursed for one night without question. But the next night we couldn't get in again and only managed to enter by going in around the back (by this point we had a hotel room and a key card!). On the final day, we asked for breakfast. It was very poor. Overall, very disappointing.

Dirty, poor value hotel

Liked: It's location and proximity to the football stadium plus access to the motorway were good.
Disliked: I entered from the car park where the first thing that happened was the door handle came off in my hand, passing through the reception area it seemed dirty. Our bedroom had it's curtain hanging off in both the bedroom and the bathroom. It was dirty and I would have left had I not been with a tired family. Would not look to stay there again.
