Very pleasant location

Liked: We were able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a mall and the river, there is a 3min walk to the nearest tramway station and about 10-15min to the subway which amazingly have its own tourist information point.
Disliked: Equipments in the room were very limited, no trash can in the room, no water boiler. The wall are pretty thin, we could hear the guy next door kind of rapping

Disliked: Airconditioning not working while opening the window was too loud from the street, B&B without breakfast included is frustrating and i didnt see a value for money here..atleast a kettle with tea bags / coffee in the room would have been better.
