Liked: HelloUnfortunately, during the two days we stayed at the B&B Hotel Köln Messe, the elevator was out of service, and our room was on the 5th floor! I suffer from a severe knee condition, and unfortunately, using so many stairs over these two days has caused me significant pain. This important issue was not communicated to us in advance; we were only informed at the moment of receiving our room key. Moreover, we were told that no other rooms were available! I honestly did not expect this from the hotel management. I believe I have the right to express my dissatisfaction, as I paid 100 euros for a room on the 5th floor with no elevator! Thank you for your understanding and support.
