Very rude staff and uncomfortable...

Disliked: Very rude staff. Unstable bed and mattresses. If one person turned on the other side, the whole bed was shaking and disturbing sleep of the other person. We couldn't buy breakfast on the spot same morning.

The experience was not very...

Liked: Overall, the hotel was decent, but it had a few drawbacks. There was no elevator, and my room was on the first floor, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Additionally, the room lacked a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The location was also difficult to navigate, as there was limited access to public transportation. I ended up having to take a taxi both ways.
