The management of this hotel...
Liked: Nothing. The management of this hotel should use the hotel manager in another position. I have the highest status with Bookink and have not seen anything more disastrous in the last 5 years. Never this hotel again.Insects in the room. Bedbugs. The manager said it was normal. I think the window was open. Then why isn't there a bug screen.
Disliked: All of it. Bugs in the room. Arrogant receptionist and hotel manager in one person. A bathroom with an empty gel container. Dirty carpet that probably for months did not recognize the vacuum cleaner. Check out at 11 00 but from 9 00 the maid wants a spare room and walks to the room. From 7 00 hours outside construction and noise of heavy construction machinery. From the office next door they look into your bed . You have to keep the curtain drawn all the time. Paid parking. In Essen in the same hotel was not.

We enjoyed the stay and...
Liked: The rooms were very simple but comfortable and clean. Cleanliness can be the most positive feature of the hotel which gives you a good rest in between of driving to final destination.
Disliked: Parking place seems a little bit weird since you could just open it by arrangement with reception and it could be included in the room price or at least available to reserve during the automated check in procedures in the property. also, I think it's better to have an access from parking to the hotel to make luggage transport easier.
