Disliked: Actually I contacted the hotel beforehand that we are traveling with a 2-year old and need a baby cot and a Parking. We got the cot assembled in the room, but no pillow, blanket and towels. When I went down to ask for them, the lady at reception said that she has no available items. Ok… parking was not able to book so when we arrived late there were no free spots at the parking area and we had to stay beyond the hotel. And finally in the bathroom there were black short hairs! It’s disgusting! Pillows had a smell of smoke and at the carpet there was a spot from smth just in front of wc. We had a non refundable booking, but after one night we just went away for another one.
