Liked: Breakfast was decent, you have to pay extra, though. The staff was top notch, very helpful, very friendly. Highlight of our stay! I liked the simplicity of the room, the beds were comfy. Everything was clean.
Disliked: I would appreciate if you can put a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Those were the only two things I missed. Maybe it was in the decription of the room, when I was booking it. If yes, then my bad.

Liked: Clean, good value for money for Hamburg although it was slightly out of the city centre.Just over a 5 minute walk to the S bahn.
Disliked: When I arrived in the evening there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bathroom which steadily got worse during the night and the following morning, even with running the extractor fan running I couldn't get rid of it.I've noticed this before in other B & B hotels and I suspect the problem is something to do with the ventilation system for the toilet pulling in air from other rooms. Not good for a non smoker like myself.
