Liked: Able to park there (for a fee). Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed as a base to explore Dusseldorf and Essen. The staff at the front desk were great help. One guy even helped us to find takeaway food, looked things up for us and offered to help us order something to be delivered here. The location was easy to find. Everything was cleaned each day we were here.

Liked: It was a quite place and that’s the only positive point about this hotel.
Disliked: The receptionist couldn't understand English, which was disappointing because you usually need to know at least a bit of English to work at a hotel reception. Another thing is that the room doesn't give you a clean vibe. You need to have everything with you; all it had were towels, which I didn't dare to use. Also, in the hallways there was a strong smell of cigarette! Which made us decide to leave the place one day earlier than we planned to.
