Very poor

Disliked: We had 2 rooms. The first 2 rooms were both still dirty. They then gave us 2 different rooms. One of those was still dirty. FINALLY, we were able to get 2 clean rooms. Very frustrating as we arrived late.

Convenient hotel but blocked sink...

Liked: Very comfortable , great location
Disliked: Room 603. Bathroom sink blocked informed reception. Difficult to find , poor signage , massive hotel hidden behind massive buildings!!

Terrible standard of safety, poor...

Disliked: The end of the corridor had an open door with a shower curtain draped across it, other side of the door was a two storey drop (images attached).I had booked a double room, which was booked for a month and was told that no double rooms were available and I would need to sleep in a single bed. Not impressed as the room was £90/night. I complained and was told that the hotel would not compensate for my inconvenience. Very poor customer service
