Good stay, good service.

Liked: Excellent service.. there was an issue with the sink drain being accidentally closed by the cleaning lady and this was resolved rather quickly and they gave my group a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.
Disliked: Cleaning could have been better.

Budget hotel out of town

Liked: We got free breakfast when our room upgrade did not happen. Location was OK for waterfront cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: Reception opening hours which meant check in via a machine, and we had to wait 20 minutes to use as an older person had trouble checking in. We would have liked to have the room we actually booked rather than a standard room.

Disliked: Auto check in was a surprise when I first arrived, wasn't expecting it.
