Good

Liked: Easy self check in. Bourges a nice town to visit but need a car as around 7k away from hotel.
Disliked: Very basic and unwelcoming but fine for overnight stay.

Disliked: After arriving at 8:50 PM, I found the reception closed and the check-in machine not working. It took me two hours to get through to someone. The helpline employee referred me from building no. 1 to building no. 2 where no one answered the phone and it was pouring rain outside!!! This is a joke. They should give you your money back!!!

Disliked: The shower was strange, not disabled friendly, but warm water, clean

Disliked: Family rooms would benefit from a stair gate! Didn’t meet any staff at all, so cannot comment on that.
