Disliked: After arriving at 8:50 PM, I found the reception closed and the check-in machine not working. It took me two hours to get through to someone. The helpline employee referred me from building no. 1 to building no. 2 where no one answered the phone and it was pouring rain outside!!! This is a joke. They should give you your money back!!!

Disliked: The room had an appalling ‘stagnant water’ smell obvious when entering the room. It was so bad, we nearly chose to sleep in the car! We arrived very late so there was nobody to help change rooms.
