Exceptional

Liked: The night shift worker was amazing! She welcomed us very well and took care of everything in the best way possible.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't very good. The water from the shower got all over the floor because there was no shower door.

Amazing hotel for last minute...

Liked: Recommended New Hotel, clean, safe, welcoming staff(They offered us a welcoming hot chocolate 😊). Nice for short trips and last minute travel. Amazing position if you have a car, 15 minutes from the city center of Bordeaux
Disliked: The view is not the best in front of a gas station

Comfortable, clean and helpful

Liked: Helpful staff. Very clean rooms, comfortable and nice breakfast. Ideally situated close to the autoroute.
Disliked: Only small negative was lack of soap in the hand basin,(shower gel inside the shower) and meagre toilet roll rations.

Disappointed

Disliked: - Pillows were terribly uncomfortable. - When we arrived, the bedroom was quite warm. The blinds were open, and the sun was shining directly on the bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so I spoke to the receptionist. They informed me that the system had been turned off because the weather had been cold the previous week. I had to insist on having it turned on, as the booking clearly stated that air conditioning was a feature of the room we booked.- The only bed linen option was a thick winter duvet, not suitable for the current weather.- There was no proper door for the shower, so the bathroom gets wet whenever someone showers.
