Easy place to stay. Very...

Liked: I really liked the location! Easy to get everywhere.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that i specifically didn’t like. There was quite a lot noises but that didn’t bother us that much!

Perfect for a few days.

Liked: Everything was just as described on Booking. The hotel is located right in the city center, with two metro stations nearby, one of which is on the line to the airport. There is a shopping mall across the street, and all the city's attractions are within reach. As for the accommodation itself, the rooms are smaller but perfectly comfortable for a few days, and everything is clean. The housekeeping staff cleans every day, and they can change the towels daily if you wish. Internet is available both in the room and in the hotel lobby. The breakfast is varied.
Disliked: A minor drawback is that check-in is at 3:00 PM, but you can leave your luggage at the hotel until you get your room.

Great location but our room...

Liked: This is in a great location, really accessible for all the main stations and a quick walk to Alexandersplatz
Disliked: This hotel is right next to a train line, with the windows closed there is minimal noise but the weather was lovely for our stay and we wanted to sleep with the window open which was so so loud. Would stay here again but would prefer to be on the other side and away from the train line.

please provide better pillows

Liked: staff were friendly, room was clean. only 5 minute walk to alexanderplatz
Disliked: pillows were the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel. they were so flat and limp. luckily I was alone so I could take the pillow from the other bed too. I wouldn't stay here again just because of this.very close to alexanderplatz but the street the hotel is on is not very nice.
