Disliked: Cold, there was heating and initially it was quite warm, but as time went on temperature outside was falling and vents allowed more cold air in than the heating could cope with, the vent wasn’t adjustable,

Liked: CONVENIENT FOR MOTORWAY CONNECTIONS. ROOM COMFORTABLE BUT SMALL. BREAKFAST TASTY. PLENTY OF PARKING. STAFF AT BREAKFAST VERY GOOD, MAKING THINGS WORK VERY WELL.
Disliked: CONFUSION OVER PAYMENT PROCESS THROUGH BOOKING .COM . NOT THERE FAULT. NOT A LOVER OF SELF CHECK IN ,AS I MISS THAT ONE TO ONE CONNECTION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE HOTEL.BED VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THE BED FRAME CREAKED EVERYTIME YOU MOVED.BREAKFAST WAS GREAT BUT THE DINING ROOM WAS SMALL AND FOOD AREA VERY VERY TIGHT TO NAVIGATE.
