Disliked: Hospitality and service. Had to wait 3 hours to check-in as no one was working to resolve the check-in issue. The staffs ignored and went on their breaks. Booking and B&B central customer cares redirected to each other.

Liked: Very good breakfast.
Disliked: My elderly husband has mobility issues and a heart problem. We booked a room with disabled access but were given one on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. The reception desk was closed when we arrived, so we could not ask to change the room. It made the stay very difficult for him. We were very disappointed, as the previous weekend we had had a room on the ground floor. The receptionist on the desk the following morning was apologetic, saying that the ground floor rooms were unable to be used, due to a problem. Still don’t understand why we weren’t given a room on 1st floor, which would have been much easier for us.
