Disliked: We booked and prepaid, via booking.com, 3 rooms at the B&B Aix en Provence le Tholonet, for 25-26 of August. We received only 2 codes for the check in. My colleagues had to stay in 2 rooms instead of 3 which we had booked. Apart from this, we are missing an invoice for this stay. We were debited for 3 rooms! We were not offered 3 rooms!!! We demanded to be reimbursed for the one room which we did not have the use of. Nothing happened on B&B chain behalf, and it was not easy to get in touch with( the phone number provided is for all the chain, and it is a surcharge number!). We contacted booking.com on the check in day and the assistance was unable to contact the property, so from them we got no solution meaning booking.com offered no help . We were not refunded, even if we definitely did not receive what we had booked for ! Terrible experience which we do not reccommend to any of the travelers who might ever consider booking this place.
