Liked: The stay was okay, you can get to the city center easily by foot. There are two parking places inside and two outside of the property. We stayed in Bologna for one night, so, the next day, after the checkout, we could easily transfer to the street parking (1.5 euro per hour) while we were sightseeing the city before we headed off to another city.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear the next room guests talking. Bathroom light turns off after 2 min, which is a problem when you are in the shower. The bed looks like a double, but it's composed of two separate single mattresses.

Liked: The room and the bathroom were clean.All the instractions with check in and check out were clear and fast.Very good contact with the owner.When we asked for corkscrew we were given the same day.
Disliked: The only thing that I would add is the electric kettle for boiling water in the common shared area
