Great Location
Liked: Fabulous room in great location close to the railway station and not far from city centre. Very comfortable
Disliked: The room is so large I do think there could be tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was ok but host could have been more friendly

Good
Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfort of the room was perfect.Breakfast is enough. It's an Italian type breakfast.
Disliked: 1)There was no wi-fi connection.Marco the owner first said it might be because of our telephones. Then I said our telephones found every wifi service anywhere he then accepted it's because of the service provider. This is unacceptable. You stay in the center of Torino and you don't have wifi.I stayed in several 3rd world country hotels lately and I didn't experience such a thing. 2) We booked a deluxe room which includes a single bed and a double bed.He gave us a double bed.I rejected this and told him to fix this problem.First he hesitated to help us.He insisted I made a mistake.I didn't show him what I booked as I didn't have access to internet.A few minutes later he changed his mind and he said that if we can wait he would make two single beds. This is unbelievable. He fixed the problem.3)All the meeting,check-in process was exhausting. We are two friends traveling together and we pay separetely.Marco also rejected this.He said he pays commission to the bank. This is also unbelievable.I am a retired bank officer and I didn't want to lecture him on how bank's commission procedure works. He just didn't want to help us.4) When I asked Marco about the transportation options he wrote to me this is not a 5 star hotel and so on.Marco has a very nice B&B in the city center but the problem is about his manners. His treatment of us was weird.I am a person who travels a lot. I stay at from 5 stars to Airbnbs. I never stayed in a place without wi-fi even in Kenya:( I never experienced such an awkward check-in experience.

Exceptional
Liked: Our host waiting for us even though we arrived later than we planned to and kindly checked us in and showed us the space. Small but quaint and quiet. And yummy breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: Nothing! It was all good.

B&B in city center, great...
Liked: The location is ideal, on a pedestrian street within walking distance of most of the historic center's sites. Breakfast was abundant with the usual Italian style (sweet not savory) choices including fresh fruits. Room was large, bed was comfortable, everything was very clean.
Disliked: Perhaps, breakfast could be served at 7:30 instead of 8am only for the fact that we had early reservations for museums and it was a little tight with time. We were however able to bring something with us on our way out.

Very good
Liked: The location is fabulous, and we could walk anywhere. Our room was extremely calm since it was on an interior courtyard. The breakfast pastries were amazing!
Disliked: Since there is no common area like a living room, it might feel a bit claustrophobic for a stay of more than a few days.

Nice central friendly place
Liked: Friendly and welcoming. Worked hard to engage despite a few language barriers on our side. First room was lovely. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. Good shower!Good explanations about facilities and key access.Good central location and close to the station for easy travel. Nice little bistro restaurants in close vicinity.
Disliked: Nothing. Air conditioning didn't work in the first room, so we moved to another one where it did. Slightly smaller and less modern but still OK.Breakfast was adequate. Lovely croissants and had fresh fruit.
