Liked: Nothing Only one decent thing- the nice man who offered us breakfast in the morning, even though the owner said we couldn’t have it as we were leaving too early!
Disliked: Lack of communication and professionalismCould not get in for an hour- phone trouble and lack of English and owner said she couldn’t hear properlyDid not look like photos on Booking.comCorridor had red carpet and couch and rooms had female names n each door! Was it used for something else previously?Triple room with one double and one single bed, was booked months in advance, but only a double bed was in room! Owner was angry and blamed it on her staffRefused to supply breakfast( that was included in booking), as she said it doesn’t start til 8.30amContinually asked to pay and prove payment, when it had been paid the night before through Booking. comTold we had to wait til someone came in morning to collect city tax which was more than what was stated in original bookingLift did not go up all the way so we had to drag bags up the stairs

Liked: I liked the staff but it was the only one thing I liked there
Disliked: At first, did not like the fact the room didn’t look as on the photos. It must took a lot of work photoshooting those photos.. - the floor was damaged, walls were cracked in some places and they were so thin that we heard every guests coming, the staff vacuuming, preparing breakfast, washing dishes and literally EVERYTHING.- THE BED WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE, when my partner when he moved just a little, the whole bed shook and since I was on it, so was I with it!- we paid for the room with jacuzzi and we were so excited about it but we ended up really really disappointedI am not the person who give reviews, actually I do not give them at all, but I wanted to make the effort so you would not disappointed as we were- DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY OF YOU, FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU CAN FIND SO MUCH BETTER ACCOMONDATIONS

Liked: The room itself is smaller than it looks on the pictures but the wonderful bathroom makes up for it. It's in a fantastic location. The host was very friendly and proactive. Good communication. Easy check in process.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. It would be nice to be able to choose some eggs and different types of bread for breakfast.
