Very good

Disliked: We were in rom 122 and the pool area was very noisy and kept our little kids up, as they need to be asleep by 9

A perfect 10th birthday party...

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good location. Absolutely love the spa facilities, the waterslide is the best! They also have excellent options for breakfast.

Noisy

Liked: Room was a big family room
Disliked: The pool was not clean. Big group of very loud teenagers took over the pool screaming and yelling. We could not use the pool. I complained but nothing was done about it. Our room was by the staircase by the pool. Very loud for hrs till past 11 with people running up and down the stairs. I also was not sent a confirmation email of my reservation.
