Liked: Dog friendly. And lots of families. I liked the excitement in the place.

Cheap stop off and fun...

Liked: Traffic noise from front and room temp were not great.Temp in room was really warm. Staff, facilities and breakfast were great

Great stay overall

Liked: The pool, the hot tub, the gym and the free breakfast. I also really like their soap/shampoo/lotion. Great service… the guy at reception always has a great, extroverted energy and always welcoming.
Disliked: I find the price is quite high for Courtenay. I understand there is minimal competition for hotels in the area, so they can make the determination for the price and remain competitive. But when you can get a hotel in down town Vancouver (with less amenities to be fair) for the same price on Vancouver Island and not being a major metropolis city… it’s hard to rationalize the price for me personally. So I liked everything they offered, except for the high price that is prevalent in the comox valley, not just at this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, great breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, facilities also fantastic, everything was so awesome! We have 3 young kids and it was the perfect stay for us.
Disliked: Rooms are a TAD noisy but there was a hockey tournament that arrived at the same time, so it was so be expected!
