Disliked: Wifi was not working. I should have brought this to their attention; we used our own connection instead.

Liked: We loved the beautiful gardens with the ducks and possums. The pool area was a great treat as well as the spa in our room.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was great with a washer drier as well as a hob, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Even though only one booking showed on the Booking.com website, I had actually paid for two rooms, making this a very expensive stay. I am looking for an explanation of how this came about.The wifi would drop out without notice.

Liked: regret to inform you that we are highly disappointed with our stay last night.We were charged $1000 for 2 of us and were only offered the 3 bedroom chalet .When we got there we had to relocate 4 spiders then we saw that the rooms were lockable so you could have offered us a smaller roomWe also had no hot water for the entire stay so could not use the spa bath and had to have cold showers.My bedding was smeared with make up on a pillow so dirty .We brought this up with reception and were told that this time of year as it's quiet they only offer big rooms to make the $$$.There were no f@&$s given about the hot water or lack of .Absolutely disappointed and will not return.A refund is required, of 50% please as l believe this is fair. We did stay the night but as you can see it was far from the $1000 a night standard we paid for. Price gouging due to the festival is illegal
