Liked: The staff was great, they were always ready to help when we asked. The room was very clean. The hotel is only at 3/4 mins from the Bayswater underground station. The location is amazing, even when we came back late at night I've never felt unsafe. Would totally recommend and re-book when I'll come back.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and were always carrying a smile on their face and were very happy to help anytime. The location of the hotel was very pleasant with easy access to underground trains. Must say, this place is very convenient if you want to visit central London and the areas. The hotel and the rooms were exactly as shown. I must say it had everything you needed, from a wardrobe to a table and a chair. The bed was very comfortable, and I should say the room was spacious for me and my wife. The bathroom was also spacious enough. I spent 3 nights with my wife and the experience was very pleasant. Had no issues or problems with the service. Worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay.

Lower ground dungeons

Disliked: Lower ground floor rooms are not pleasant at all, the walls are so thin, tv very bad resolution, mattresses are worn and springy, rooms not clean (hairs in the bathroom), light on fire alarm that flashes all night, when I asked to change rooms because I had no sleep on night 1, they said I would have to pay £40 for a family room and did not seem to care that the light in the room meant I had not slept. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
