Disliked: The photos did not correspond to the room. It was too small for a family, and our view was a wall. There is no noise isolation, so difficult to sleep before 12. Not enough plugs for charging phones, and the tv did not work well.

Liked: Location to where we needed to be the next day.Staff on reception were lovely and welcoming.
Disliked: The bed was one of those beds that pull down from a cupboard?! Hard as a board and creeked every time we moved the slightest inch. No carpet (all rooms in the photos provided had carpet) and were proper beds for that matter.The shower door didn't fit the shower so the bathroom turned into a wet room.The TV sound system kept randomly turning itself on and off during the night waking us up. After the 3rd time, I switched the TV off at the wall which made it stop.
