Liked: The whirlpool in the room was nice and it was clean. Plenty of clean towels. The bar on site was eclectic and cool. The fact Bayside gives you a $5 voucher for the bar on site and a $6 voucher towards a local restaurant is nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean.There are saunas but we did not try them. We did not take advantage of the breakfast because one of us has a new allergy and didn't want to chance it.
Disliked: We were charged for a no show.We obviously showed. We booked the room with one card and paid the $50 room security and $10 resort fee with another. I asked for a receipt when checking out and they had charged a full room charge on both cards! Plus the $60! We pointed out the mistake and our card will be credited. It's currently Sunday night and nothing has been credited to our account yet. We're hoping it all works out tomorrow and this mistake doesn't happen to someone else. Always get a receipt. The baseboards in the bathroom were pretty dirty. We had to pull out a nightstand to get to a plug and there was quite a bit of dirt and dust behind it.

Disliked: There was no microwave in the room. But we just bring our homemade dinner to the breakfast room and use that microwave.

Disliked: Room next door to wife and I started hot tub at 2:30 AM and kept it running for several minutes while we attempted to sleep. The vibration and noise from the other room was quite annoying. Not a Hotel issue, but the ignorance and disrespect of those that occupied that room.
