Liked: Great location to downtown traverse city. Cool pool space and is right on the beach of traverse bay. Front desk was kind and a quality complimentary breakfast

Disappointed in staff and thought...

Liked: Nice property and have stayed there multiple times.
Disliked: They were having the siding replaced. They gave me a room 2 rooms from where the replacement was going on so1.5 hours after arriving all I heard was banging outside my room. Then at 7am the workers were back throwing stuff in the dumpster right below my window. All I got was we are sorry. They should have not put anyone on that side of the building. Basic common sense. I will think twice about staying here again.

Very nice and clean Matress...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent how ever needed more seating arrangements for breakfast more room for sitting

Great nights rest

Liked: Location to my Dr appointment was very good. Was unable to get a handicapped room but lots of bathroom bars helped. The room was a corner room so it overlooked storage of summer tables and chairs and a peak at the water.
Disliked: Only a true handicap room
