Rooms were comfy and clean

Liked: Breakfast came with the price however there was never enough for the amount of people staying. Was a very poor selection.The carpets were covered in dirt/clay for majority of the stay due to workmen staying and not removing their dirty boots when entering the building. However cleaners didn't clean the dirt. We also had to go find towels daily

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: No pool or elevator. Our first room was filthy ( hairs in tub, dried urine drips on toilet, pubic hairs on toilet seat, hair in the bed, etc) we requested another room. Our 2nd room wasn’t as dirty so we decided to stay. There was hair in the tub and found candy pieces under the table. Front desk person was extremely helpful and apologetic but you can tell this wasn’t a new thing. Breakfast was typical but coffee was cold. It just felt a little grungy overall. Wont be back. Won’t recommend.

Miserable small pillows. Cold shower!

Liked: Dinky, miserable pillows. Totally unexpected. This caused me a miserable night's sleep. No chairs were in the first room; the A/C didn't work. I only had about two hours for a nap before my meeting. I spent most of it changing to another room with a working air conditioner and chairs. Both rooms had the miserable pillows. Most of the room was pretty clean, but the shower curtain was filthy. Also, the water mixer was defective on the shower faucet. I had to take a cold shower; it barely warmed the water. This was the last straw. We were in a hurry to check out and told the clerk. He was speechless. He didn't offer any kind of refund.
Disliked: Hard to like anything after the experience I had.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great, bed and pillows was great.
Disliked: The commode would run nonstop. The baseboard in the bathroom was tore off and really nasty looking and then the morning of checkout there was roaches all in the bathroom!!!
