The check in was terrible - had to wait until she took 2 calls. Breakfast was undesirable. I'll never stay at this location ever again. I've had a much better experience in MI and MN.

Smelled like weed, elevator dangerous...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The elevator was dangerous when going up in it the whole thing shook really bad and when it got to the floor it made a really loud noise and it jerked you around I think it needs to be fixed

Liked: i liked when it was time to leave .
Disliked: Black Mold , Urine on Wall by garbage , dirty floors , hallways were covered in dry mud . Chair was broken , Hair Dryer was broken .

I never stayed nor slept...

Liked: Nothing I returned my keys in after I saw walked through the hotel and my room.
Disliked: Everything and once I turned in my keys I was told by the clerk I couldn’t get a refund unless I email [email protected]. I did and still have not reviewed a response.

Liked: The hotel conditions are very bad, dirty, dust, bugs, the carpets are very dirty,in bad condition,the bedroom,smell smock, elevator has an expired inspection date.I need to ask for another room , I didn't know where to go, then I slept one night, the bed has bugs.Next morning I let the woman on the reception know I will living, and she charges 2 nights!!! Very aggressive and dishonest, she stole my money.!!!!This hotel needs to be inspected and close for unhealthy! I have pictures and the video from the reception woman, plus the bill for 1 night $148 . Ridiculous!!!She is a gangster!!!!!
Disliked: This place is full of garbage!!!I don't understand how you offer this location!! Neither how Baymont Hotel inspected who uses they brand.Plus I want my money back!!!Remember I have pictures and videos.I can probe my bad experience.Plus was another passenger complaint for the same situation
