Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Back door labeled as emergency only but is never locked. Was instructed to use this door to enter my room at the end of the hall. HVAC unit was faulty. Had to contact staff to fix it. They were well aware of what the issue was. Plug falls out of socket easily. Dead insects on bed. Had to search for light switch on lamp that was connected to switch by door because it was off. This room should have been $40 less than I paid.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Smelled awful, MOLD all around pool area, room had missing outlet covers my young child could touch live wires, heater didnt work at first staff instructed me to unplug heater and let it reset( not my job), floor looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.

All was good.

Liked: Was very close to where family lives.
Disliked: All was good - nothing to dislike.
