Never again
Liked: Only cold cereal and oatmeal. Nothing much to drink but coffee. The on site restaurant was shut down. No room service. Vending machines were empty and NO ice machine. Bar was closed as well
Disliked: The hot tube and pool were both not open or working. Restaurant and bar were out of business. Was greeting with people smoking out front and was even asked for money. The website was a total lie after lie. The sinks looked as if it were ready ro fall off. The handicap room wasn't even close to ADA compliance

Worse hotel experience ever!
Liked: The only thing I like about this property is the location to the event we were attending.
Disliked: The heat in the room we were provided was not working properly. Informed front desk personnel who stated “the heat takes time to come up and get warm.” I had the heat running for an hour when he said this. The water in the shower did not drain down. The table lamp did not work, plugged in not missing a bulb. The telephone did not work. When I informed front desk I was told it’s only to make calls throughout the hotel. I then had to explain the telephone does not work and has no dial tone because I was attempting to call the front desk. One of the screws for the bolt lock in the room was loose to the point it was poking out. I pressed on it with my index finger and it easily went right back into the hole it’s screwed into. The lock was not secure and I did not feel safe in that room. We were changed to another room with heat and a properly draining shower. The lock was more secure than the previous room. All the lights and telephone were working. I did have to have the desk chair switched out because the one in the new room was in a condition that required it to be tossed in the garbage, not left in a room for guests to use (photo attached). Another issue we encountered was 1 washcloth in the rooms. I requested another as it was 2 of us staying in a room that slept 4. I was informed housekeeping will be right up with it. An hour and a half later I went back to the front desk to inquire about the washcloth. At this time I was informed they didn’t have any at the time because housekeeping is doing the laundry. It took almost 4 hours for a washcloth to be brought up to our room. The pool that is advertised was closed both days we were there and the facility had a funny odor. If we are to ever return to CT we will NOT stay here again!
