Disliked: My room had no hot water there where pool towels left in the room the lady at the front desk was absolutely just rude " not the young lady" and I still haven't gotten a refund from not staying a second night due to address

Disliked: My room smelled very strong of old cigarette smoke.It had an adjoining room door, and the people in the other room were smoking marijauna.the smoke seeped in under the door.It was very late and I was too tired to ask for a different room.

Liked: Front desk person was polite and professional.
Disliked: Door into the hallway wouldn’t open from the outside. Had to walk all the way around the building to get to the front desk. Let the front desk person know and after key card was replaced the issue still persisted. The room wasn’t cleaned well when we checked in. There was trash on the sink top. Bathroom is incredibly tiny. Door into adjacent room didn’t seem secure although I don’t think the room next door was able to be occupied. I’m glad we just needed it for a place to sleep for a night.

Liked: Was out of the weather
Disliked: It sinked like cigarettes smoke . The beds where full not queens cigarettes burns on the tub. Not very good water pressure and took for ever to get warm. Missing a pillow.

Liked: Staff was trying to accommodate, horrible situation.
Disliked: It was dirty, room was not cleaned, rooms were very hot sauna temperatures, pool water was a dark blue. Would not recommend this hotel.
