Liked: Not much at all
Disliked: Pool and hot tub closed, keys didn’t work to get in hotel and in the room, 3 trips later to lobby and still didn’t work, heater malfunction in room, no toiletries in room, coffee maker, no coffee pot and the list went on!!!

Liked: Large room comfortable
Disliked: Door locks were froze shutTook over an hour & 4 different keys to get into our rooms & it was really cold outside...not ideal timing

Liked: the staff was super pleasant and accomidating.
Disliked: the hallways were cold. the first room we received didnt have a drain plug in the tub. but most importantly, online said and showed a pool and hot tub. but had neither, which is false advertisement

Would not go back.

Liked: The receptionist was very nice
Disliked: The pool area is closed, their page doesn't state that, the room was extremely hot, the receptionist knew of this as she stated when checking in "turn down the heat and if you need a fan come get one" we tried to turn on the a/c unit but that was just blowing hot air as well. The wifi was patchy, and hardly worked when it did decide to connect but that connection only lasted a minute or two.

Disliked: The young lady working up in the front desk rude and loud

Disliked: Everything. None of the appliances worked. The heater was broken. The room smelled. I asked to switch and I was told I needed to do so through the booking agent (booking.com).

Liked: nothing they didn't have a room for me and I paid ahead of time.
Disliked: I was told that i booked through third party and that I needed to check in by 3 pm even though I selected different check in time in the app and updated it prior both times. they canceled my room didn't refund me left me stranded with kids no money amd o tried cam El after that on the booking .Com app and it kept saying techni al pro lems sorry. I'm out 168$ and slept outside until got a ride next morning. I asked to pay for diff room amd was told no I'm local. they don't rent to locals. I want my money back!!! I filed police report.
