Liked: Airport shuttle was very appreciated. Staff were warm and helpful, rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast was quite plentiful. Will stay here again.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Free continental breakfast had a great variety. The day shift employee at the front desk was excellent. She had great customer service.
Disliked: The free shuttle pickup was difficult to contact. The answering machine left a message that made no sense. Something about the letter H and then disconnects. Had to take a cab to hotel. Male desk employee was totally rude. Looked middle eastern. Very very rude when no other guest was around. My room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bath tub. Bed was missing top sheet and not clean. Floor had gravel rocks on it. Fridge was dirty inside. Food melted on shelves. Microwave not cleaned out. I had to ask for another room. Second room was much cleaner and beds are very comfortable.

Liked: The room was comfortable and well put together.
Disliked: I witnessed an employee serving eggs into a hot hold container with his bare hands. When I confronted him about it, he excused himself by stating he washed his hands. I informed the employee that what he did was a violation of the Department of health food safety codes .I requested a refund for my stay, and the manager refused to give me a refund. I would like a refund for my stay. What I witnessed is appalling. When i requested a refund from the manager, she laughed
